Stay Hydrated +
Staying well-hydrated in the days leading up to your treatment supports optimal circulation and cell function. Aim to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water the day before and the day of your appointment. Proper hydration ensures that regenerative cells can move efficiently throughout the body and enhances your body’s natural healing response.
Avoid Certain Medications +
Certain medications can interfere with the effectiveness of your regenerative treatment. Do not take NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen, naproxen, Advil, Aleve, Motrin) for at least 48 hours before and 72 hours after your procedure. NSAIDs can inhibit the inflammation process that is necessary for optimal tissue repair. If needed, acetaminophen (Tylenol) is allowed for discomfort.
Eat a Light Meal +
We recommend eating a light, balanced meal prior to your procedure. This helps maintain stable blood sugar and ensures your comfort throughout the visit. Avoid heavy, greasy, or overly processed foods immediately before your appointment, as these can contribute to sluggish circulation and reduced healing capacity.
Disclose All Medications & Supplements +
Please inform us of all current medications, blood thinners, vitamins, supplements, or herbal remedies you are taking. Certain substances may affect blood clotting, immune response, or healing outcomes. Transparency allows us to tailor your treatment plan safely and effectively.
Prepare the Treatment Area +
For facial, hair, or intimate area treatments, please arrive with clean skin and no products applied to the treatment area. This includes makeup, lotions, oils, serums, sunscreens, and hair products. Proper preparation reduces the risk of irritation or infection and ensures that regenerative products are fully absorbed.
General Wellness Considerations +
If you are experiencing illness, active infection, or fever leading up to your procedure, please contact our office. It is important that your body is in a state of wellness to fully benefit from regenerative treatment. We may recommend rescheduling if your immune system is compromised or fighting off illness at the time of your appointment.
